Questions
- What order fees do you charge?
- We charge a small percent fee on each paid order's total charged. The fee amount is listed on each plan, and is collected automatically along with Stripe card processing fees. There are no other added or hidden order fees. Delivery route optimization is optional, and billed per optimization.
- Do you charge my customers order fees?
- Not at all. We only charge you, and you set the prices and fees for your customers. You can add any number of optional fees. Examples include: delivery fee, processing charge, driver tips.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Nope. But if you'd like additional help getting set up, our white-glove setup is available as an optional one-time service.
- Will I get charged for text messages?
- Only if you use them. SMS is recommended, but optional. You can turn on or off anytime. Texts are billed per message segment, with estimates and actual costs shown in your dashboard.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Of course, you can change plans or cancel at any time. See our terms for more details.
- Who processes payments?
- Our primary processor is Stripe. You connect your own account or create one, and payments go straight to you. Other processors are available on request.
- How long does setup take?
- About 48 hours for initial setup — we've been doing this a while and are pretty quick! If you've got a lot of data to import or are migrating from another managed service, consider our white-glove setup.
- How fast do you reply?
- Typically within 24 hours or less. Send an email or chat message anytime.
- What if something breaks?
- Stuff happens. We watch for errors and downtime around the clock and usually fix things before you even notice. If you spot an issue before we do, send a message anytime and we'll get on it ASAP.
- Do you have what I need?
- Search the features. If it's not there, ask: it may already exist and not be listed yet, or be on the way. We also build custom features, quoted before we start.
