How it works
- 01

Reminders go out on your schedule. Edit weekly or set & forget. Pause or skip a week with a click.
- 03
Customers text MENU or HELP, and your number answers on its own.

Everything that comes with it
Built-in SMS messaging
Set up weekly texts that go out on the same day and time, like "Menu closes tonight at 9pm!" Customers choose which ones they get, reply STOP to turn texting off, or text HELP or MENU for an automatic answer. You can also text everyone on a delivery day, or send a message right now.
Closed for a holiday? Skip a week in one click, or let a weekly text skip itself when no menu is taking orders. The editor counts segments as you type, so you know what a text costs before it goes out.

Your number answers on its own: a welcome text when someone subscribes, and replies when a customer texts HELP or MENU. You can read those replies and rewrite them in your own voice. The editor counts segments as you type, so you see what a longer reply costs.

Someone starts an order, gets pulled away, and never finishes. The site sends them a reminder by email, text, or both, as long as they have not already ordered on that menu and have not opted out.
You choose when reminders go out, or send them right away, and a report lists the carts that were left behind.
Delivery confirmation
Pick the menu week, the schedule and a location to list every order with the customer's name, phone and item count. Send one customer their "your food is on the way" notice, or the whole location in one click.
Customers get your message by email, plus a text if you use SMS, and the order is marked Completed in their account and your reports. Whoever loads the van can send them from a prep or driver login.
